30 Day Returns Policy

Our goal at BridalDiamond.com is to make you a satisfied customer and we will do our best to make this happen. During the first thirty (30) days after receipt of your product, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your purchased item for a refund or exchange for the same item. If you choose to make a return for replacement or exchange, your request will be quickly and courteously processed and your credit card will be billed an additional $20 to cover handling and shipping cost of sending you the replacement piece of jewelry. If you choose to simply return an item for refund, on receipt of the item from you, we will promptly refund the original purchase price less $15 original shipping cost.

NOTE:

  1. Custom-made Luciano Collection and Luxury Series rings may be returned only for reasons of defective materials or workmanship or receipt of a ring sized differently than ordered.
  2. Rings bearing custom engraving or that have been altered after sale or damaged in any way regardless of  by whom are not returnable.

To return a BridalDiamond item from any location within the USA, follow this simple three- step process:

  1. Call 1-800-630-2686 and request a Return Authorization Form. When you receive it, simply write an explanation on the form that tells us why you are returning the item.
  2. Place the item, the Return Authorization Form, and all the original packaging in a box suitable for shipping, seal it up and ship it to the address given to you
  3. How to ship it? On your original invoice, find the total price you paid for the item being returned.

If the total amount you paid is:

  • Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier you choose. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has been received by us.
  • More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has been received by us. (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)

NOTE:  It is very important that you fully insure your return shipment as BridalDiamond.com cannot be responsible for any loss or damage during shipment to us. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.

You will receive e-mail notification about your return or exchange within seven business days after receipt of the item by us.  A prompt refund will be made by issuance of a credit to your credit card or paying agent and this credit will show on your regular billing statement from that source.
